Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange

Customers can exchange their order within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange

We reserve the right to decline exchanges for products that:
  • appear to have been used, washed, or soiled.
  • are damaged (unless the product was delivered in a defective condition).
Reverse pickup will only be arranged upon confirmation from our customer experience team. For defective products, please share clear images at support@skeltoncode.com, and our team will get back to you. Once approved by our customer experience team, the reverse pickup of the product(s) will be arranged within 7 days of receiving the request.

Important Note

Ensure that the product packaging remains intact and as delivered when returning the product.

Exchange Process

  • Visit the Exchange Portal on our website.
  • Fill out the exchange form and submit your request.
  • Our customer experience team will contact you within 48 hours.

Order Confirmation / Cancellation

  • Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reinstated. A new order must be placed.
  • Orders in the processing status cannot be canceled.
  • If you need to make changes to your order before it is shipped, please call us immediately at 9820758664. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
  • Refund Policy
  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for purchases from Skelton Code.
  • Complaints about defective products will only be addressed if notified within 24 hours of delivery.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
